RECENT NEWS: Reclaiming the Forgotten Crab Pots of the Salish Sea

Lost, discarded, and abandoned crab pots create a cycle of marine habitat destruction. This collaboration between the Port Townsend STEM Club, the Jefferson County Marine Resources Committee, and Applied Education Foundation focuses on using remotely operated vehicles to create a cost effective, community based, and student-driven approach to solve this pressing environmental challenge.
